Let’s face it, revitalizing a beloved property from the ’90s is old hat at this point, particularly for cartoons. So when an Animaniacs reboot was announced almost two years ago, it’s understandable why fans would have reservations whether or not it would live up to the original even with the original cast and producer Steven Spielberg himself back for the ride.

Set to premiere on Hulu on November 20th, the Warner Siblings Yakko, Wakko, and Dott voiced respectively by Rob Paulsen, Jess Harnell, and Tress MacNeille have once again escaped from the Water Tower and ready to bring their antics for a new millennium. Also back are everyone’s favorite rodent duo Pinky and the Brain voiced by Paulsen and Maurice LaMarche who apparently haven’t succeeded yet in their plans to take over the world!

Before the Animaniacs reboot premieres in two months, check out this behind-the-scenes video voice recording session that promises classic self-aware humor you’d expect. Get ready to laugh until you collapse once more!

It’s (almost) time for An-ni-maniacs! To celebrate the 27th anniversary of the original series premiere, join the voice cast for a behind-the-scenes look as they reunite to bring these characters out of the Warner Bros. Water Tower once again for the upcoming series. New episodes of “Animaniacs” comes to Hulu Friday, November 20.

Hulu, Amblin Television and Warner Bros. Animation are proud to unveil a brand-new version of the iconic family friendly cartoon series for the whole family, as the Warner siblings, Yakko and Wakko, and the Warner sister Dot, have a great time wreaking havoc and mayhem in the lives of everyone they meet. After returning to their beloved home, the Warner Bros. Water Tower, the Animaniacs waste no time in causing chaos and comic confusion as they run loose through the studio and beyond, turning the world into their personal playground. Joining Yakko, Wakko and Dot, fan-favorite characters Pinky and the Brain will also return to continue their quest for world domination in each of the 13 episodes.

Steven Spielberg returns as executive producer of the series, with Sam Register, President, Warner Bros. Animation and Blue Ribbon Content, Amblin Television Co-Presidents Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey, and Wellesley Wild also serving as executive producers. Gabe Swarr serves as co-executive producer. Animaniacs is produced by Amblin Television in association with Warner Bros. Animation.
